Hello everyone, I am new to the board. My old bud Johnny Bravo introduced me to this web site and I have been reading the members messages and checking out the advertisers on the site for a while. I am very impressed with the wealth of knowledge and insite some you have. Now, if I can get half as big as Johnny B, mission accomplished. New Members Thread - post here (4)

Hey I've been around for a while but dont post so thought I'd chime in here. Usually hang around in IM and MM. Browse these boards because I feel theres alot of useful information and always love the interesting topics brought up.

Only 20 and although i'm not 100% committed to getting huge I feel being on the boards does help me learn alot about whats right/wrong or jus down right stupid lol.

I can't remember which board I visit had a link to this board, but I am glad it did. I have been browsing most of the forums and even posted a couple.

I only have several years experience with my new lifestyle, but I hope I can add some information to the mix.

I love see a serious Counselling Forum and the Business and Finance Forum!

My first board was Got Fina. It was full of guys trying to help people learn. I haven't seen such a complete community effort to help people learn and grow in quite a while. It is awesome!

I hope to be around this board for a long time. See you guys (and gals) around!

Finally singed up!

I have been browsing this sight for quite awhile. Was even tryting to purchase from Alin's shop but payment is a bear. Here in Kansas the grow-gear is around but things like proviron, nolva, HCG, and oddball stuff is hard to come by. Just got off a cycle of Nutropin..... damn! Worked too well. I put on muscle too quick and joints knotted up so bad I had to drop workout weight... cant get big when you cant lift. will cut back to 3 iu's for longer next time

In the presence of greatness ...

Big A, it's been my lifelong dream to get on the boards and actually *interact* with you. Wow! Wait 'til my buddies hear about this ...

Some pertinent info: I'm a 41-year-old computer nerd (enough said?). Therefore, my biological clock *and* lifestyle actively conspire against my being 'all I can be' in the physical sense. What's more, lately I've been given these excruciatingly tedious, time-consuming tasks on Photoshop by this heuuuuuge guy who thinks he's sooooo hot. I hate him so ...

Question: is it too late for me, or can this weakling one day go to the beach and not have sand kicked in his face? Oh, and what do I do with the aforementioned 'heuuuuuge guy'? I was thinking about the wheel nuts on his sports car, but I don't want to get my hands dirty. Any ideas?

Hello all,

I come from a very sporting background but suddenly gotten very big into olympic lifting (only recreationally). but i am looking to put on some gains but not massive. A friend did mention stanazonol (if i've spelt it right) but i am seeking advice before i make that step. So i am hoping someone professional might be able to help.

I am trying to find out if stanazonol can be found in any mediconal products? why, i don't like needles! New Members Thread - post here (14)

Hey Professional Muscle, I've been around the boards awhile, haven't competed in over 3 years, and the competitive juices are flowing again. I've read the board rules and hope to learn a lot here.

What's up fella's? I am checking out this board because I am sure there is alot I can still learn. I am a member of another board and I like it alot but it was the first board I had ever been to and I have learned alot in the year I have been there. I figure that this board probably has even more. I will probably just be reading old threads and searching the archives until I get a feel for how things work here. Thanks

This is THE most advanced board on the net, as I am sure you are finding out by reading, especially in the Article's section and various debates.

hello

been a lurker for a while; found the site on a google search about phil hernon. always wondered what happened to him as i thought he had tremendous potential.

anyways i'm 31, been training since i was 21. 6'3". started out at 185 pounds (yeah i'm a skinny punk by nature) and ended up at 282 before i called it quits...

i have read alot about genetic potential in the various threads on this board, and i can tell you from my own experience how genetic limits and being honest with your own can change things.

it took me about 5 years to get upwards of 280, and i had to accept that at my height i would need to be that heavy on stage to compete with the shorter guys, even at the state level. plus i have a wide waist, short trunk, and long limbs. when i finally accepted reality at 26 i got pretty depressed. my health had suffered a bit gaining that much weight over such a short period, and i was smart enough to realize that gaining another 40 lbs wasn't a risk i was willing to take considering the potential rewards.

i fell into partying and rec drugs pretty hard, and within 3 years i had destroyed what took me so long to build.

i finally realized that this wasn't the path to go down either lol. i got an education (networking) and cleaned myself up; been drug free for 2 years. i guess some people have to hit rock bottom before they can pull themselves up.

been back training for two years as well, with a much clearer head and more realistic objectives hahaha.

glad to be here and am looking forward to learning from everyone

peace
