Sooo.... am tot zic ca voi vorbi si despre probelele cu reprezenantele.

Cand am inceput, in 2018, sa intreb in stanga si in dreapta despre Superb/Octavia, in B/IF PBV m-a trimis la plimbare, Brady si Avia au raspuns... in rest tacere.

Am pus o intrebare si la Delcar dar... pentru ca 5 ore pana la ei am renuntat.

Pana la urma am ales Avia... pana acum sentimentul e cam caldut spre rece. Am avut treaba si pe la Brady - acolo parca e putin mai bine ;)).

Deci Avia Pantelimon - cand am luat masina, toate bune si frumoase.... lapte si miere. Trebuia sa existe un card cu pentru un plin de benzina... n-am dat de el. Nici acum nu stiu unde si ce. Nu i-am dat mare importanta. Oricum m-am prins relativ tarziu.

La cateva zile scartaia ceva. Dupa vreo 3 ore gasesc problema, un surub care nu era strans corect, cica au inlocuit surubul si nu mai face. Plec la drum, ajung pe un DN din dale de beton... dupa 15 imi pica un capacu de la plafoniera in poala. Vad ca surubul pe care l-au inlocuit nu era la fel cu celalalt. Plus ceva mizerie inauntru. Scandal... seara cand ajung le scriu un mail mai acid (eram deja calm... ) in sfarsit se rezolva.

Mai ma uit de jur imprejur prin masina... mai gasesc unele defecte... raspunsul, nu b0$$, e de la tine, trebuia sa o verifici cand ai luat-o. Noi am facut verificarea pana sa ti-o dam si era bine... Dar uite pentru ca suntem baieti buni nu te taxam...

Nu mai zic ca ornametele de crom incepusera sa se matuiasca - eu spaland-o doar la selfwash OMW in tot acest timp.

FFWD 1 cateva luni... poate un an. Cred ca la schimbul de ulei. Ma plang de faptul ca suspensia spate e prea dura, gandindu-ma ca, poate, au verificarea pe hartie si n-au scos kitul de transport de la amortizoare... etc. Eram pe la 0700, fara cafea bauta... nu foarte sociabil . Cu toate asta, consuntantul era mai acru decat mine... muratura de-a binelea. A inceput iar sa ma ameninte ca platesc verificarea, am facut pe prostu.. bineinteles ca n-au pus si litrul de ulei gratis pe factura. Anyways... era in perioada cand Avia renunta la Seat... Omul, desi eram vreo 10 clienti, vorbea in gura mare despre ce ar face el, daca era sef, ca sa fie profitabil (nu m-am prins ca vorbeste de Seat... ceva mai tarziu am facut legatura).

Dupa inca vreo 2 luni, intr-o luni dupa ce venisem de la Paltinis prin viscol, imi zice un coleg ca am un far aburit. Ma duc, ma uit. Ea crapat pe muchie. Fac programare la garantie. Ma duc. Toate frumoase cu baiatul de la garantii pana apare unul si incepe... nu ca nu. Ca nu se poate. Sigur ai facut tu ceva. Muchia era curata, fara nimic. Ca sigur ai fost pe undeva prin vreun service si aia au facut ceva... Ca uite ca se vede, ca farurile, ca piulita nu e centrata... WTF man? Acum, privid in urma cred ca voia ce $$$ la parasolar.

Pana la urma reusesc sa schimb pe CASCO, fac si bara ca sarisera niste pietre. Oricum aveam in plan sa renunt la ei.Las masina si vin dupa o saptamana....

Cand vad masina... in 2 culori. Dar 2. Era pana in lockdown. La noi la cooperativa deja blocasera zborurile in .eu. Zic.. daca o las aici o iau peste 2 luni. Ii explic omului ca au facut o treaba de KKT... iau masina... 3 zile mai tarziu intram in lockdown.

Meanwhile ma suna o tanti pentru feedback.. le-am zis ce aveam pe suflet.

La verificarea de 30.000 n-au zis nimic... all OK.

FFWD2 se mai relaxeaza treaba... vopseaua (era doar un singur strat, fara lac, desi normal sunt 3 straturi la velvet red) incepe sa se curete, il contactez pe omul cu vopseaua. La cateva zile ii dau un ping. M-a ignorat total. Superr.

La scurt timp, farul schimbat pe garantie incepe sa faca balta... muhahaha. Sun, fac programare, dau de un om OK. Nu credeam ca mai exista, il salut si pe tipul cu vopseaua. Asta tace malc. In sfarsit schimba farul, fac baietii reglajele.... raman surprins. Meanwhile vad cateva masini vopsite in parcare... la cat de neformat am ochiul am zis ca evit sa mai intreb de garantia la bara... Pe drum il sun pe prietenul vopsitor, ii zic de si cum, zice "bine ai facut, da-mi codul de vopsea ca ti-o fac eu si imi platesti doar materialele". Zic OK... si brusc aveam si eu bara si masina in aceeasi nuanta. Plus ceva intaritor extra ca sa nu se mai ciobeasca de la orice firicel de praf luat pe A1.

FFWD3 schimb de ulei 2... fac programare in cartie, tot la Avia, de data asta Militari, ma duc la ei... un baiet mai tinerel. Super OK, super profi. Zic dap... se poate. de data asta nu au mai uitat de reducerile de la Club Avia.

Ceva vreme mai tarziu, ma duc la verificarea anuala, stau vreo 30 de minute peste programare, oamenii amabili, cu informatia la ei.

A mai ramas o vizita la Avia Pantelimon, farul stanga se abureste... vedem cand il prind suficient de ud (nu, nu se usuca dupa 30 de min) in toamna ca sa il schimb si pe asta. Si sper sa fie ultima pana la schimbul de ulei de la 60.000. Impreuna cu bujii si ce mai e de schimbat. Va tin la curent cu ce am rezolvat.

Bradycu ei am avut o singura experienta, intre FFWD1 si FFDW2 o reparatie facuta pe un RCA Grupama - cum cel mai apropiat consilier era pe la Pejo pe Maniu am zis sa o las la ei. A durat destul de mult (oameni putini si era iar nebunia cu lockdown-ul) dar lucrarea a iesit OK. Nu tipla dar OK. Cel putin la vopsitorie se pricep. Si o zice baiatul cu multi ani in spate. Cam scumpi - voiam sa fac schimbul de ulei la ei dar 30% in plus la devizul final e putin cam mult. Dar OK. Quite OK.
